"Positive side everything but my only concern is why the evening shift employee Brook denied having coffee at that time of the day when I asked for it around 6 pm, and when I turned around, there was a couple getting coffee from the dining area. I had just arrived and I did not see it from the front desk where I was standing. I am just wondering why she did that, that’s all. The rest of the stay was espectacular with the best breakfast available since the pandemic. Thank you so much. "
