“We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again.”

“The staff, specifically Alysse was INCREDIBLE! She was so warm & friendly, upgraded our check-in to 11 am and our check out to 2 pm when my friend and I were lost in Brooklyn. We also received 2 free bar drink chips and $25 in a voucher for the bar or snack store from her. She was so lovely that I would return just because of her!
