Highly disappointed
发布日期：2017年5月3日 发布在：HotelsHot water in the bathroom is not hot and is just warm. Wasted 1.5 hour but still cannot rectify. No solution. Finally my family needed to take shower at the changing room of swimming pool!
BTW, the floor is dirty.

It’s nothing like the photos, it looks old and not well maintained. Even though is a cheap option I felt a little deceived from the photos. Kuta is not the nicest place in general too.

The rooms were clean but needed maintenance. The bathroom and toilets had some issues. Asked for hand towels, were told they do not provide it. We paid similar price at Ubud, and it was way lot better with more services. Location isn't very convenient. Not much eatery in walking distance. The staffs were very friendly and helpful though.
