The villa itself is good and beyond expectations. However, the service from the reception was not as expected. I booked the room including transportation to the airport and have requested it prior to the trip. I received the confirmation message via hotels.com. Surprisingly, the receptionist insisted that they only provide this service to the customers who stay for more than one day. If so, why release this option and reply to my request before the trip?

設備較舊，尤其是浴室。服務人員明顯對東方人服務較差。植栽環境整理的很好。

Many mosquito

too many mosquito, bad breakfast, unfreindly staff.
Check out time at 12pm. Too strictly. No restaurant n no shops there but u cant stay in hotel a little bit more. They will just ask u leave their room or pay extra charge. Not friendly compare with other Bali hotel.

普普不會二訪的飯店
