“Just 5 mins walk from T2 of Manchester Airport. My kid was with us. For some reason there was no more room for 3 of us. The staff was able to make an arrangement to offer us 2 double bedrooms instead. I appreciated that flexibility. The hotel is like new and everything is clean and comfortable. Although the room is not big, I am very happy. I like the breakfast too. The croissants and brie chess are great. ”

“We stayed here for a treat for our 25th Anniversary, and mentioned this when we checked in. When we came back from our evening meal, Jhudith from the Front Office Team had arranged a lovely surprise in our room - balloons, some fizz, some chocolate and a lovely message. Such a nice, personal touch was really appreciated. The hotel interior is incredible and this architecture is followed through into the rooms which are converted offices of the insurance company, with the original, decorative……

“The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. The carpark will be a bit spooky, but it only cost about 15 pound for 24 hours and the security would be comparatively better than on-sheet parking or outside carpark.
