“The staff was very friendly the hotel was very clean and and around the property the beds were very comfortable the breakfast was great just just can't say enough about it I would recommend this place to everyone”

“My stay was only 2 nights but they were quite enjoyable. The room was clean, i.e., no dust or bedbugs, and the bed was comfortable. The fridge, freezer, tv, and alarm clock all worked. I didn't use the microwave or stove burners. With the lights out it was really comfortably dark for sleeping with no light-bleed from the window or the hallway. The room temperature was comfortable enough that I never bothered the controls. The staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived just after normal front desk……

“We stayed at this house in Avon Lake for 5 nights. It was great! House was super clean, very well provisioned and the host couldn't have been better - very responsive (but not intrusive). Beds were very comfortable. Tastefully decorated. About 30 minutes of easy driving to get to downtown Cleveland or the airport and it was in a super safe place. Felt very safe to sit out on the patio at all hours. We appreciated all the amenities provided (Forgot your toothbrush? Extras provided!). If we ever……

“Nice, clean, up to date digs!”

“Perfect stay! YOU GET THE ENTIRE TOP FLOOR OF THE HOUSE TO YOURSELF!! When I booked it, I thought I only had one bedroom of several. Actually I had 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, my own bathroom, all super clean and tidy. And I was only one person! Brian and his wife and lovely and welcoming, very interesting to chat with. Super quiet location, across the street from beautiful Lake Erie. Highly recommended!”

“This house was in a great location. There was enough parking to accommodate our 2 trucks and boats during a location fishing tournament. The neighbors were very friendly and the fenced in backyard was a great space to hang out and store our bikes for the week.”

“This property was advertised to be located in an area , which was 30 minutes away from the actual property. We walked in , there was a musty old smell . Rug was severely stained. Couch had stain circles on it . We immediately walked out and did t stay there . They refused to refund our money . The beds are shoved against the walls , so anyone trying to get out of bed in the night has to crawl over the other person . There’s also an apartment over the rental , which was not disclosed .”

“The house was perfect for us! We booked a long weekend for the eclipse as Lorain was in the path of totality. The house had enough space for everyone to enjoy and the outside was beautiful too. The house was clean and had everything we needed and if we needed anything Erie’s Market was across the street (excellent Indian food)! The neighborhood is quiet and we slept well. It was a great stay. Rob and Melissa were excellent hosts. We hope to be again soon.”
