“Close to airport ”

“位于机场五号航站楼，去市区可以坐火车快车去London Paddington Station伦敦市中心，15分钟一班很方便。这个宾馆作为旅行落脚点不错，其他就无所谓了。”

“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”

“What impressed me the most was their staff. The front desk was professional and helpful suggesting different types of transportation to my destination (I think his name was Keith). The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food, the staffs were also extremely professional and attentive. ”

“The location is convenient and the room is comfortable. By comparing with our last experience, the ventilation system in the bath room has been improved. Suggested to use hand wash rather than soap which will be more appropriate to meet recycling purposes.”

“The staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable. What we didn’t like was there was not enough lighting in the room. The walls were dark and there was only spot lighting. You can’t see the switches and had difficulty reading anything. ”

“This hotel is a bit far from airport. May be a bit confusing to drive at night. Parking is horrible, the hotel had an event when I arrived. It took me at least 10 mins to get a parking. Overall, the service and the room is good. It is clean, quite and comfortable. One disappointment is "City View" is "Parking lot" view.”

“The hotel is clean and there is a covered car park which is very good if you drive. The charge of the car park is £10 per day. The hotel is close to Legoland Windsor. The buffet dinner’s charge is £20 per adult which is value for money. One reason I chose this hotel is because it has a swimming pool. It was closed during my stay because of broken Pipe. I may stay in this hotel again next time maybe the day before I go to Heathrow.”

“We've stayed at this hotel several times now and have never been disappointed. All the rooms we have been allocated have overlooked the river and one has a lovely balcony. Service has always been very good with the staff being friendly and helpful. Breakfast has plenty of choice and the cooked breakfasts are fresh and tasty. We have also had a couple of meals, again, these have been very nice. Never had a problem parking the car in the hotels allocated spaces. Overall i think this hotel offers……

We hadn't been for a few years & I had forgotten what a lovely hotel this is, definitely a great choice for a special, luxurious stay & all the staff provide excellent service. ”

“We stayed in two rooms as a family of four, comfy beds, access to family swim, was really clean, tidy and modern. The restaurant even booked out the sofas for my son to watch the champions league on his birthday, great service would definitely stay again! ”
