Aircon in all rooms did not come on at all when we first check in. Had to wait 2 hours and even call maintenance before aircon came on. Aircon was also intermittent throughout the night. Property is very nice and clean though.

It was a convenient place to stay as it was opposite KOMTAR. It was a busy hotel so the place needs some regular maintenance.

Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers…
