“The location is perfect, within walking distance from the convention centre, South Brisbane station, and it is quite close to the market and plenty of restaurants. The reception is helpful and it is a privacy living place in Brisbane. ”

“It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.”

“Energetic boutique hotel with big comfortable room and excellent service, ideal for couples especially for the award wining rooftop bar with stunning Brisbane river night view. Very impressive hotel decoration using LCD walls showing amazing short films even inside the elevators. Room cleanliness can be improved though as one sanitary cotton pack was being opened by others and the kettle is a bit rusty”
