“We stayed one night. It was a great location to/from Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium. The place itself was okay, the A/C turning on and off was super loud. We woke up every time it kicked on. There is a parking lot behind the building and people shooting off fireworks at 2-3 am(May 29), no fault of the people who own it, just inconvenient. Since we have kids I always check the windows/doors to make sure they are all locked. Where my kids slept, the extra room(bunkbeds), the window was……

“The place looked a little sketchy at first as it’s in back of an apartment building in a quaint neighborhood. But the owners did a good job of making it feel like home and safe at night with lots of lighting. The amentities inside were not updated but didn’t seem to matter as I had everything I needed it was very clean. The bed was comfy. I was a very short walk to many bars and restaurants and my companies office on Magnolia. Would stay here again.”

“I have stayed at this property three times in last year and half. It’s a very clean, nice, and well maintained property. The host Andrew if needed responds to you almost immediately if you have any questions. I come to FW a few times a year and I plan on staying at this property. As you can see my review 5 stars across board except location which I have given a four. The location is really good but gave 4 since you get some noise from ambulances since located is in hospital district and there……

“We stayed for 5 nights with my adult friends. It was very clean house in a safe environment. The host is easy to communicate and fast responding. There are good cafes/restaurants in 5-30 minutes drive. The only thing might be improved is AC was little bit noisy. I would definitely consider to stay here when I visit again.”

“We have 2 college students attending TCU. The loft was perfect to allow for room downstairs to entertain. Very clean with high ceilings. Great decor!!! Perfect downtown location loved the coffee shop next store and being right next to the AC Marriott was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!!”
