"The location to Goat Island was great - only a one mile walk to the Falls. You can either walk down the level street to the bridge or across the street into the park and down 54 metal stairs to a nice scenic walk in the park. (I only mention the metal because some dogs are afraid of those.) The townhome was clean and comfortable, but without carpets you can hear every footstep when someone is upstairs. "The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. If the need to stay in Buffalo came up again, we would without a doubt book this property again!"

"Shannon’s neighborhood house is well-suited for a couple, or a family of four, as a great alternative to another hotel/motel stay. Pros: comfortable beds, nice living room with seating for 4+, cozy little kitchen with glass table for two, W & D to take care of a week’s laundry, entry code and great communications with specific directions & instructions. Cons: small kitchen if more than one is preparing a meal. Overall: loved the convenient location for trips anywhere in the greater Buffalo area...

"This home is very spacious but cozy at the same time. The centralized kitchen served a family of 6 very comfortably, and the sleeping areas were great. Easy to find and a short drive to great places to eat and drink! We recommend Duff’s famous wings—they didn’t disappoint!"
