“The cold water valve in the shower is completely stripped. I had to wrestle with it just turn it on and it took me 5 minutes to try to turn it off. The hotel clerk mentioned that it was “finicky” but “broken” would be more accurate. Towels smelled like smoke. The walls were stained and filthy. The decorative shower curtain was placed inside the tub to conceal the yellow stains. The refrigerator and the heater were so loud - between them, it was difficult to sleep. “Overall, this was a great place to stay. A few of the minor advertised amenities were missing (such as laundry soap for the in-unit washing machine), but this did not really affect me. I would recommend putting a coffee maker in the unit and making sure things such as napkins, paper towels and garbage bags were stocked. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The good: Very conveniently located; spacious. The bad: Basic furniture, some of low quality. The ugly: Not well maintained or cleaned. The very ugly: Expedia support reps were useless with this rental. The rental owner will email you requesting info prior to check-in. Expedia reps will say "that is spam, delete and block immediately". That is false. You have to respond in order to "check in". There is no physical check-in desk, which I think Expedia reps assume. “Beautiful old home complete with antique furniture and dish ware yet all the modern conveniences. Nice quiet getaway in a quiet part of town. Super cute front porch. Nice for a cup of coffee in the morning.”

“Historic and charming 2nd floor apartment with quaint touches, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtfully decorated with mid century furnishings located above the wonderful local coffee shop. Came to visit Univ of Northern Co and explore Greeley. Perfect location for a UNC visit. Plenty of street parking outside the front door. Coffee starts brewing early downstairs. There isn't an elevator up to the apartment so don't overpack. Owners very responsive and reached out to make sure we were……
