We take great pride in Casa Nautica, as it is our second home! This duplex has been completely renovated, with a paved entryway and backyard, also fully gated for your privacy and safety. Featuring a chef’s kitchen, high-end furnishings, a large tiki hut, screened porch lanai with outdoor dining table for 6+, cabana/entertaining bar, Key Largo Adirondack outdoor furniture, bait freezer, an outdoor Whistlergrills BBQ island with side burners & Bluetooth speakers, an additional Weber BBQ, bikes, outdoor shower, underwater fish light, 2 ready-to-use kayaks plus 2 paddle boards and much more!

Our private dock has a maximum capacity of 37.5 ft dockage and it is completely set up for an avid fisherman. Fully equipped for the experienced angler it offers: cast iron aluminum posts, mooring whips, bumpers, light posts to illuminate the entire dock area, power/electricity outlets, fish cleaning station, and boarding ladder for boat access/loading.

This rental features easy access to both the Atlantic Ocean & the Gulf of Mexico!!!

We want to welcome you to Casa Nautica… our home is located on a quiet street inside the exclusive City of KCB, at walking distance to Sunset Park, and a few blocks from the Cabana Club, restaurants, bars, golf course, tennis courts, and marina. Completely redone after Hurricane Irma, this home is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The dock area overlooks a wide canal with a maximum of 37.5 feet of dockage. The duplex provides ample parking for your trailer and vehicle. Casa Nautica is one of the few homes inside of Key Colony with preserved "Dade County wood pine, tongue and groove" ceilings throughout the entire house! These ceilings add a unique look and feel to our island home.

•INTERNET: high-speed internet makes this rental an ideal office or study space, in the heart of the Florida keys.

•KITCHEN: completely stocked for a chef or culinary enthusiast, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including: refrigerator with bottom freezer (ice dispenser) and dishwasher. From the kitchen island with barstools, you can enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast with direct views of the canal. The open concept kitchen makes cooking quick and easy for entertaining. Dine indoors, or outdoors at the conveniently screened lanai with a dining set for 6 or at the backyard by the Tiki Hut near the BBQ grill area.

•FAMILY ROOM: Featuring a Cloud 9 Sofa, an extra-large wrap-around feather-filled sectional sofa to sit & relax. This area has beach décor, a flat-screen/smart TV, 2 double sliding doors with water views, and direct patio access. The combination of textures, artwork, and subtle seaside palette really levels up the space, making it a comfy, airy & relaxing area

• MASTER & GUEST BATHROOMS: completely redone, with two Carrara marble and subway tile bathrooms. The guest bath has a Kohler bathtub for your enjoyment.

•MASTER & GUEST BEDROOM: both bedrooms have driftwood bamboo flooring. The master bedroom, located down the hallway is a perfect retreat, with a pillow-top king-size mattress, a feather-filled duvet, a 40' smart TV, a reading nook area, upscale furnishings and a separate entryway. The spacious guest bedroom includes: 2 twin size beds, 2 twin trundle beds, with plenty of storage and a 40' smart TV.

•SCREENED PORCH LANAI: with a paved entryway, perfectly set up for dining al fresco, endless hours of entertaining or happy hour while enjoying the flow of constant breezes and sunsets! The porch has an extendable large outdoor dining table with seating for 6, an extra-large ceiling fan with lighting, and a cabana bar, which serves as a storage and buffet area for drinks & more. Enjoy outdoor dining free of bugs!!!

•BACKYARD/ TIKI HUT AND DOCK: the spacious and welcoming backyard is fully gated/fenced for privacy, paved, and uncluttered. The Tiki Hut has an extra-large fan, market lights and an adjustable shade, which you can roll up or down as needed.
Professional grade BBQ grill/island, Adirondack furniture set (4 chairs, 2 ottomans, side tables & 2 lounge chairs), an outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, electricity, lights and water at the dock, bait freezer, with plenty of space for your fishing or diving gear.

•KAYAKS/PADDLE BOARDS/VESTS/BIKES/FISHING RODS:
Two brand new ready-to-use kayaks & 2 Adult vests are provided
2 large Pelican Paddle boards
4 adult Bikes are provided for your convenience
A few fishing rods will be available for you to use during your stay.

•LAUNDRY ROOM: access by the side door of the house, with brand new SMART washer & dryer, ironing board, iron/steamer, and laundry supplies to use during your stay.

•CABANA CLUB: Membership to the Cabana Club. This rental provides exclusive access to the private beach club located at E. Ocean Drive and 4th Street,
inside of Key Colony Beach. At the Cabana, you will have access to a private beach with lounge chairs, an infinity heated pool, jacuzzi, restrooms, and showers. Features the Club's Oceanfront Restaurant and Tiki Bar~ with food & bar service to your lounge chair!!!

•KCB, the city… Key Colony is known as the “Gem of the Florida Keys” since the 1950s. This safe small city has its own Police, Marine Patrol, City Hall, and Post Office. Key Colony Beach features: a gorgeous 9-hole golf course, a walking and jogging course, a state of the art children’s playground with shade, horseshoes, bocce ball, tennis, and basketball courts. The Golf Course and tennis courts are a pay-per-use amenity. Also, Sunset Park is walking distance, 2 blocks away from the house, features Concerts @ The Park on Sundays 4-6 pm during winter months.
