When I took a shower, I found out that there was no shampoo, no shower water for the conditioner, I called four times, waited an hour for it to be delivered, and was very angry

I did not like being put in a room where the A/C vent or compressor was not working properly.
The employee did try to make it right by offering hotel credit since I used a third party to book my room.

They could use better body wash & shampoos. Also, notify the customers about the specific drink options for the shuttle. Besides that, the staff is A1! The property is well kept, and the breakfast is good. I would definitely stay at 24 North Key West again!
