Beach access was great, staff was AMAZING, had to ask for more towels and toilet paper (not just checked and brought to room like some places). Restaurant was overpriced.

Do not stay at this place, it is terrible! The room was filthy. I was so grossed out I could not bring myself to stay even one night. The entire facility is run down. I am confused about why Expedia listed this property as “Excellent” but I’m looking into that.

I am sorry that you were less than satisfied with your stay but hope that you informed the front desk of any issues you had for your overnight stay so that they could be addressed while you were here.

All the staff members are busy at their work and happy to work together. The management team is hiring the right people. The team members are also gracious to meet guests and do things guests like without the guests asking for those things to be done.

This was my first time staying at the Sea Ranch Resort and it was an enjoyable experience. The room was very clean though not new. The staff very helpful. I’m a bit over the “No housekeeping” policies that are now a norm at hotel/motel now a days. Fresh towels and trash collection would be nice. But this seems to be everywhere now. I would stay at The Sea Ranch again for sure. Also the restaurant was very nice. Small be nice.
