“Very convenient, friendly and accommodating staff. Common areas and rooms clean. Bathrooms built in a way that might be hard to keep floors clean, recommend pool/shower shoes. Friday night brought an element of rough sleepers hanging by the entrance hoping to be buzzed in — not a big deal, but it’s necessary for the guests to maintain boundaries since staff is sometimes not present to help if a non-guest trying to work their way in.”

“I had a mixed stay,with one resident punching another,who he said stole his lap top. there were a couple of snorers and loud music from the hotel next door. But the staff were helpful and polite. ”

“Lovely cottage, modern fittings and original features blended well. Well equipped and a convenient location. Shame the galleries in the village weren’t open as it was out of season and limited eating out options. Local people friendly and helpful. Would go again”
