“This is a great hotel. During our stay we had large earth moving equipment working all through the night right outside our boarded up balcony. Hotel clearly knew as the had boarded up the Balcony. This made sleeping tough. It’s a good hotel other than that. Staff very professional and a very nice hotel. Just a shame about the sleepless night.”

“Everything was perfect until the speakers that my neighbors had were on from 11 PM until 7 AM not to mention the screaming and yelling, although I contacted the reception many times regarding that it. And i was assured they were going to address that issue nothing was done. Great facility and a great place to spend some time off the city but this incident turned into a terrible experience. ”

“Excellent stay again in quiet and nice surroundings in DQ. Pool was easy to access from the terrace, breakfast excellent and room super-tidy, modern and comfortable.”

“The door knob was broken, the bathroom hose was broken. And I get a call from the hotel accusing me of breaking them. ”

“I was surprised with level of the hotel..i belive it is not 4 star level ..maybe 2 or 3.. The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room. The breakfast was with very limited choices. ”

“This place is great. However, I did experience some issues when I first arrived. I did not initially get the information clearly to find the location of the property. I did not get any clear instructions on how to access the building before accessing the actual unit. I think there should be a clear list of things that someone staying in these buildings need to know instead of asking for it when needed. Overall, I think the staff was helpful but please be more considerate of people traveling……
