“We came to Ithaca for our daughter’s graduation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sanjay and Shu’s place. It was exceptionally clean, quiet neighborhood and very comfortable! After a very long day of travel, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, fruit and pastries from Wegmans! Communication with the hosts was excellent, even providing me with links on parking for the graduation ceremonies. If you are visiting your child at Cornell, I highly recommend staying here. “We stayed 4 nights while hiking and hitting the wineries and cider houses. It was nice, cute and well stocked. For us, it was pretty much centralized to all of our activities but there isn't anything within walking distance but a short drive to town for pizza or the grocery store.”

“The property and stay was amazing and it was very close from the lake and winery's, the property was very clean had everything you need to cook in the kitchen even to wash your clothes, i used the grill it was also clean when i was using it, its a very quiet location and nice for a family weekend ”

Just wish there was a regular coffee maker opposed to a Keurig. The outside of the building needs work, but seems to be a work in progress. Most importantly the inside was clean and comfortable. “Students in my lab and I stayed here while attending a conference at Cornell, and then my family of 3 stayed afterwards over the weekend. We really enjoyed it because it was conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood close to Cornell and everything we wanted to do, with plenty of street parking just in front. It’s 10 minutes or less walking to Ithaca falls, Cascadilla gorge trail that goes up to Cornell and College town, a couple of restaurants, Ithaca bakery, and a couple of really close……

“We stayed at the property during Cornell graduation when Ithaca was fully booked. It was a 30 minute drive from Ithaca. The Finger Lakes and surrounding towns are very cute and this would be a nice place to stay for visiting that area.”

“Everything was very easy. When I rented I didn’t realize the two twin beds were two rollaways but we made it work. All three of us slept in the main room where the bed was located… more like a studio rental. Great location and easy to get back and forth from the dance competition we were attending at the local Holoday Inn.”

“This property is very clean and nicely decorated. As soon as you enter you'll feel at home. Plenty of space for three couples and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is great for the west side of Seneca Lake, just about half way up the lake. We will definitely be back.”

“I have stayed in many, many short term rentals, and this was by far the best. I have nothing bad to say about any of it. Communication, cleanliness, exactly as described in the listing. But it was the special homey touches that pushed it over the top. The best stocked kitchen ever. I've gotten used to bringing my own special utensils, spices and even foil and baggies. Not only did they have a huge array of spices, foil and plastic wraps, they also had a shelf with a note that had take home……

“Loved our stay here!! The hosts have thought of everything — it’s well-stocked with everything you need. They are so kind and will go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The place is quiet and peaceful. It worked really well getting to / from campus. Close enough to take quick breaks between activities but far enough to feel away from “the grind.” Will definitely be back!”
