“Clean, property owner was nice and reasonable price!”

“We found the house to be really cute and fun to stay in. The location was excellent and we even saw a deer on our last morning! Our main issues, and why this isn’t a 5 star rating, were that multiple lighting fixtures weren’t working and there was an entire bed missing. The ad mentions “1 queen, 1 double, 4 twin’ beds however there’s really 1 queen and 4 twins. This could have caused a big problem if our group was just a bit larger. The ad should be changed to reflect the accurate information……

“It’s was perfect for what I needed. A comfortable place to sleep and a hot shower. The room was perfectly appointed also. I would recommend and stay there again. ”

“4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay.”

“This is a huge house and brand new kitchen and living room and spacious bathrooms and guest rooms. We love and enjoyed it, our kids and parents were very excited to come and spend time together, we appreciate the opportunity to stay together! BTW, it was nice price to compare others!”

“Property owner privately messaged me a long list of unreasonable policies not listed on vrbo and claimed guests must follow them. He or his staff hold the right to enter the property for weekly maintenance during your stay so please let him in. He also wants a copy of all guests government IDs. No other person allow in the property. Specifically no gathering at all. He holds the right to ask you to leave without refund if he finds something broken. You might be asked for credit card or cash……

“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”

“Stayed at Coastal Retreat for a weekend visit with son who attends Fairfield University, brought both sets of parents and teen daughter (ages ranging 73-16), plenty of room and able to enjoy a wonderful family dinner with son even in attendance. Wonderful area, close walk to beach and easy to get to downtown Fairfield and university. Very clean and welcoming! Greg was wonderful to work with and answered any question we had that came up both prior and upon arrival. The only thing we would mention……

“This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot.”

“I rented this home for a multi-family vacation. We all absolutely loved the house. The beautiful view of the habor was amazing to see out the windows, porches, and backyard. The next door neighbors are very friendly. The house is very beautiful inside and comfortable. Bed upstairs was soft, king bed on the main floor is medium firm. The single beds on main floor one is soft one really firm. The playhouse in the backyard was the highlight for my grandson and made his vacation so special. In……

“Kerri's home was perfect for our stay! The home was very well kept and spacious. It was the perfect staging area for my groomsmen to get ready in prior to my wedding. It would also be the perfect space for a group of 8 people with ample bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate a larger group”

“Not a bad stay overall. Nice location opposite the police headquarters and courthouse. Friendly staff. Brianna the hostess was very nice. The suite was very large. The only thing is that the carpet needs changing. The continental breakfast wasn't appetizing but there's food all around the area. But all in all it was an enjoyable stay.”
