Pleasantly surprised that we saved time by using a rental car, parking in Preferred Parking ($20 extra), and avoiding the whole internal transportation nightmare. "We arrived about 10 minutes before the 4pm check in time and were denied access which was something we’ve never experienced. We had to call security each time we arrived at the property because we didn’t receive a QR code for the gate. Overall, the property is immaculate and had everything that you could think of to have an enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t definitely stay here in the future."

"Very nice home with enclosed pool on the lake. We had some issues at check in with alarm code and owner was quick to offer help. We messaged owner about the in home temperature and thermostat not working but did not hear back through vrbo messaging, so we delt with it being 80-83 degrees inside the home. We went to Medieval Dinner Time, just 4 min from the house, really nice experience, and another day just at the pool. Planning to comeback soon!!! "This was such an amazing property for our family. Great location for my family to enjoy the parks and an excellent pool and game room to unwind with after a long day. Communication with the property management was speedy and super helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be a location at the top of our list to visit again when we are in the area! Thanks again for a great stay!"

"Our three adult sons and their families joined my husband and I for a quick family get away to Disney. The location of this house was ideal! Quick drive to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all of the necessary utensils. Our granddaughter loved the Princess themed bedroom as well as the Harry Potter themed garage! The owner Jane was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is one my family and I would usually book, however it has absolutely gone down hill fast. There is absolutely NO dining area on premises, zero ice machines, rust and mold in the rooms, and no coffee makers in any rooms. We had to go off property just to even get a meal or snack. Oh and housekeeping is done ONLY after you check out. So needless to say, we WON'T be staying here again."
