“Lovely condo in a great location with a fantastic view! Nicely decorated and very clean. My only cons were the bed was a little too soft and noisy for my comfort and there was barely enough toilet paper for the first day. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would love to visit Duck again.”

“My 2nd year and 4th visit to Hip Nautical. Even with some rain, wind, as well as beautiful sunny days, the ocean view from the deck, screened-in porch and sitting area inside was always amazing. Well stocked house and also free Netflix makes for great movie watching on rainy days. Quick response always from owner with any questions. Counting days already to my September trip. Thank you Vickie and Don for sharing your home with others and for the very nice gift.”

“The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the short walk to the ocean. The bicycles (4) that were listed for our use all had flat tires. One tire even came off the rim when we tried to move the bike. The bike pump that was provided did not work. That was a disappointment, because we would have enjoyed biking in the area. The appliances could use a bit of an update too.”

“Perfect place to watch the sunrise and super close to beach access and restaurants but…make sure you bring your own toilet paper and dishwashing liquid and sponge. The burrs were pretty bad too, especially in the backyard. All in all we enjoyed our stay though and would go back again.”

“The house was great and super close to the beach! The house is super roomy and well stocked. Our doggies loved it too, especially the cozy front porch in the AMs after their walk. The pool is a good size but still too cold since its not heated (it did state that in amenities so we knew) and fenced in yard was ideal for our fur babies. We would go back! Thanks again for a fabulous long weekend! The Jacksons”
