We loved the selection of books and games. The sauna and fireplace kept us warm. Terrific location with lots to do nearby. 2nd time here with same group and we will come again!”

We found this new construction cabin in the woods that looked perfect for what we needed. Just needed to verify with the owners that it was ok to bring two dogs around 30 pounds each. “We had a pretty big group of 7 adults and one child stay for the weekend. I talked to Cindy in the weeks leading up to our trip and she was always very responsive and kind. The check in process was very smooth and quick and the location of the property was perfect. The house was well equipped with anything you may have needed and was very clean and well taken care of. The trip was everything we were hoping it would be and then some!”

“We had a small group of guys that wanted to do a golfing and fly fishing trip. Staying at Lester River Pines was the perfect spot for us. Beautiful chunk of land with a deck that provides beautiful sunrise views over a pond. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen as it was easy to work in while cooking. There were towels and toiletries laid out in every room and the house was very clean. From start to finish our experience was top notch and we will definitely look to book here again in……

“This was our first getaway as a family of 5 with twin infants a toddler and our doggie. We practically packed up our entire household and this rental provided us with plenty of space. It was so cute and cozy. We loved the full kitchen and it was stocked with everything we needed. The customer service provided was an added bonus! For us, this rental was a far better option than staying in our usual hotel. We will be booking this again! Hopefully our next stay will bring better weather!”

“The house was exactly as expected and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was easy to find. The smart tv allowed for streaming but was not logged into the Netflix account (and not remembered by the Netflix account). This was not a major problem. After hours assistance was helpful and responsive when the power went out in the neighborhood unexpectedly.”

“My Husband and I stayed here one night as we passed through on our way home to Missouri. It was very cute and clean. The outhouse was not bad at all. We took to the hike to the lake and explored the beach before coming back to the cabin. Warming up soup for dinner that we brought and reading some books that were n the cabin. The weather was perfect and the fireplace made it nice in the evening and throughout the night. We visited May 29-30, we saw deer turkey and as we left a black bear was on……

“I LOVED the Sunrise cabin! It was camping but with a few amenities that made the experience much better than sleeping in a tent. Very peaceful and quiet and only a 10 minute walk to Lake Superior. The showers in the lodge were an added bonus. I definitely will be back and have already shared with friends, encouraging them to check out this awesome place!”
