“This is a great house to rent. With an older teen, it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And while we didn't plan on cooking, we ended up making dinner there one night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Because we were out most of the day, we didn't get to see the horses. Hopefully we can spend some daylight hours there next time.”

“This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. Also there was a pacifier in the hall floor and a tank top on the floor in back bedroom. Not sure the cleaning people did a thorough job cleaning. Front bedroom Comforter was……

“We had an amazing stay, close and convenient to Knoxville. This house was perfect! Spacious rooms and bathrooms. My teens loved being able to Bluetooth into the built-in speakers in each room. Nice outdoor space with grill and carport. Beds were comfortable too!”

“Awesome house. Plenty of parking. Close to university and plenty of restaurants. Neighborhood great for walking and just sitting outside. Owner had snacks and coffee available which is always so nice .. wish we would have found this gem earlier in our time while our son was at university.”

I messaged them and let them know that was an amenity we were planning to use and at some point chairs were delivered! I Would definitely stay in another one of their properties. “We had events to attend so we only were able to sleep there for one night. But we did enjoy it the short time there. The Nieghbor was very friendly…. found out he lived in Torrance before the same city I’m from! Everything was clean spacious and beautiful. I just wished there was more TV’s it would have been nice for my dad to be able to watch some tv while in bed. Host was the absolute best! He responded to my questions so quickly. I had A couple of family members come for dinner and they would……

“The house was nice and clean. The only negative things was that there was only two TVs in the whole house and there was no trash bags and no dishwashing soap to start the dishwasher when we left but other than that the house was nice and clean and just as described.”
