“本人住宿兩晚，check out時酒店告訴本人浴袍有染色，由於連續兩晚皆有此情況，所以需要收取每件$600，即總數$1200清潔費， 本人不是不願意支付，但點解酒店第一晚發現時唔通知我及告訴我要收清潔費用？若果酒店可以早點通知，我可以選擇連續兩晚穿回已污穢浴泡，可以省回一件清潔費用， 酒店到check out 先告知要收費，俾我感覺佢全心呃錢，即使環境幾好，但整體感覺已經相當差就”

“We had a late check-in arriving from Disneyland, the front desk receptionist, Ms. Bobo Ngai, very attentive personnel, she gave us a very warm welcome, providing all information we might need during our stay. It's almost a ritual, every time we visit HK, our last stay should be in the Hotel Icon, no others and it cannot be reverse either in our trip plan. On our firt day of arrival to HK, we chose other hotels which we also stayed with satisfaction, however, not to be disappointed or leaving……

“The house keeping service is unprofessional in the sense of the lack of attending to details. I found an used can of drink in the refrigerator without replacement. It compromised the overall service quality and general hygiene.”

“接待職員每位都好有禮貌，有主動了解客人需要。不足之處是執房職員每日都一大早，來問可否執房間？其實如果客人連續住宿，可主動多問是否要求改變執房時間。不要打擾客人休息。”
