Very quiet, decent and clean room. Cant be better A bit remote but it worths to exchange for a quiet and clean room.

The hotel couldn’t find my reservation when I checked in. However, when I checked out after three nights, they still say they couldn’t reach Expedia and couldn’t find my reservation. They asked me to pay the regular rate for these three nights, I refused!

Needs Improvement

The location is far away from city centre. We have to travel by grab most of the time. Reception service is only fair, lack of smile every time when we pass for breakfast, check in and check out. Breakfast is a little bit disappointed, not 5-star hotel. The vegetables are terrible poor in quality on both days of our stay. Room service needs to be improved too.

I have addressed your concerns to my management team to improve our guest interaction at the Front Desk. Regarding the breakfast, Hilton Garden Inn is a Focus Service Concept hotel and our breakfast spread is as per our Hilton Garden Inn brand standard. On the quality of the vegetables, I have reminded our chef to be more vigilant in ensuring the freshness of the replenishment. We acknowledge that our location can be a bit isolated for those without a vehicle but still minutes of driving distance to nearby shopping malls such as Setia walk, IOI Mall & Sunway Pyramid and we do provide complimentary shuttle services to these areas as well as to the nearest LRT Station that is connectable to major locations. Our helpful reception will be able to assist with ground arrangement according to your preference. Please be advised that the development of the surrounding areas will be communicated to guests soon, in the meantime we appreciate your patience and continued support.
