The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. Below are the issues that I have experience during my stay from 15th to 17th December 2018. Please note that I had to leave the hotel on 17th instead of 19th due to the extra ordinary pool quality even through I paid for the hotel until the 19th.
1. The first room assigned to us was extremely dirty such as a dirty spot in the bathtub and hair/dirty on the carpet.
2. I requested to change the room and the reception replied that it was an upgraded room then I had to told her that the room was unacceptable to any reasonable guest.
3. The second room assigned to assigned to us was a connecting room without lock at our door. When the hotel staff opened the connecting room door, someone from the order side knocked the door hardly.
4. The third room assigned to us close to the speakers of the Muslim temple and we heard the announcements at 6 am, noon, late afternoon and at the night time everyday. It seems to us that the room was only suitable for guests with Muslim religious belief.
5. The guests, including men went in to the swimming pool with their normal outfit such as jeans.
6. We returned to the hotel at around 9 pm on 17th and was not allowed to use the guest elevators due to a wedding was taking place. The hotel staff informed us to take the service apartment elevator in the back and claimed that it was faster, which was obviously a lie. Also, only one elevator out of 4 elevators was allowed to use.
More worse experiences
The room is not clean. We could find hair on bed. The bathroom slide doors were not closing smoothly. Not many choices for breakfast. Wifi was weak and even no signal at most of the time.

When i vist in this hotel I already paid my living charges before but they asked me to pay tourism tax which is $11 usd amd when i gave them my credit card their credit card machine did not gave the receipt and they said they did not charge it . And they tried 2 times from my credit card and the same process and then i gave them my another credit card still same problem, their credit card did not gave receipts and they said they did not charge it but when i saw my account balance my money was deducted 4 times , means their crime card machine charged $11 from my account 3 times and my another account one time . So total 4 times its showing that they charged $11 from my account which is total $44 but they said they did not charge it anything only my money is floating and i hve to call my bank . The same problem its was on their dinner buffet . I gave them my credit card for 2 persons and bill is $26 usd but when they put my credit card their machine did not gave the receipt and they said they did not charge it but when i saw my balance my money was deducted $26 by thier hotel but they said my money is only floating and they did not gave us food of buffet dinner. But in Malaysia when i went outside from their hotel i did not face any kind of this problem. My card was working and receipts came out outside when i did my shopping. So this hotel credit card machine hve big problems so when ever people so this hotel make sure give them cash . Otherwise u will face same problem .
