“Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! We were even informed that toothbrushes are not provided. It would be fine if toothbrush kit are not provided if is an serviced apartment style accom but the accom publicise itself as a……

“Parking is absolutely terrible and we needed to go an entire round to get back to the car park. But the room is fine and has essentials.”

“Quiet place and have to drive a bit to reach. Clean but phone isn't working so whenever need anything, need to go lobby to get things done.”

“Nothing that’s really terrible but when we are greeted by stains on the dining table, walls and sofa, it really sets the tone for the entire stay. Makes you wonder how dated this property is even though it isn’t, I think it’s high time for some maintenance works.”

“Communication with property owner was easy and quick. It would be good if proper instructions like where and which directions to go to was given. Property was located in Tower B which was a bit difficult to navigate to as the main entrance was for Tower A and there was a need to ask the security guard for directions. Room was very spacious. Would be great if there was a microwave oven too to heat up our food since we were fasting. Also, if there was extra tissue paper / toilet paper, would……

“The security is Safe. But the interior was totally down, Water Tap, Shower Holder faulty. Master Bedroom curtain almost fall out. No TV remote control, Wifi broke down and waiting for 3 nights, nobody repair it, poor children unable to log in their Ipad. Flying pan alot of scratches Not Safe to cook. Only can text the owner no voice communication. Sad. ”

“Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. ”

“Had a great experience from booking, coordination and staying in the villa. Apart from the poor weather that we were there during the 5 days, the villa is perfect to entertain the big group. We had a great time exploring the neighbourhood, enjoying local food, and having fun together as a group of 24 pax in the comfort of the big villa.”
