沙灘出遊為首的好旅店

位置極近Kuta 沙灘 一出門口轉彎直達 跟Kuta 巿集有大約十分鐘路程 遠近來說還好 但不要太在意就好了 住宿方面 環境比想像的好 有點舊但整體都整潔 只是花灑水壓有點飄忽 時大時小 熱暖不一 早上早餐不錯 應有盡有 這間酒店外國人佔數比較重 少了中國亞洲等旅客 比較像旅遊

Great Hotel, you can walk to the beach .

Hotel by the beach.... what is the point ?!

优点: (1) located by a busy road at Kuta with heavy traffic & business around. (2) not many mainland Chinese/Indian guest or tourist group there (3) staff
Booked through Expedia 1.5 months beforehand, but the hotel suddenly decided to have beach front pool renovation with only 5 day short notification. Expedia customer service totally ignored my hotel refund/ change request. I was forced to got to a construction site for vacation. Bad points for Grand Inna Hotel: (1) beach front pool under renovation till end of May 2017 with only 5 day prior notice. (2) breakfast restaurant just overlooking the renovation site with noise & dust starting at 9am rather than hearing the sound from sea waves (3) Old wing (Bali wing) is at most a three star hotel (4) The Sunken pool at old wing is very hot and lack shades (5) Superior pool view room just got a small concrete balcony & it's not pleasant to sit outside (6) The room got not enough illumination especial in the bathroom over the mirror side (7) The interconnection room at the end of the corridor has two interconnecting doors on both side of the room which are thin and you can hear the neighbouring guest's coughing and talking. (8) Shower area has no door and the shower curtain is too short to prevent flooding the floor of the bathroom (9) the main door in the interconnecting room has no security hole (10) the wifi connection is not strong and steady with intermittent drop out (11) the corridor in Bali wing is like a sauna area as all the split type air conditioner unit are facing the patio, you will get more sweaty while walking to and from your room

The hotel is old, run down and not worth the price. It's located right on Kuta beach which is it's selling point but it's a nightmare if you don't want to walk anywhere as it's on a one way street and Taxi's take forever to get down it. The room itself smelled of mold and had bugs and spiders in it and we got the deluxe room. House keeping were friendly and came everyday but there was always dirt on the floor so you couldn't walk around with no shoes on. The toilet paper is SUPER thin your fingers go through it there was better toilet paper in the Maccas around the corner. There is no lift, we were in a deluxe room(haha!) up 2 flights of stairs at the back of the hotel, if we wanted no stairs we had to walk the entire building and go to the front lobby where it is a steep incline instead of stairs.The Buffet was nice but the food options were a bit limited and you always had to wait a long time for the pancakes or eggs, the staff are slow and chat more than they serve. The pools are OK but we got a rash from swimming in one and the cocktails are limited. It is right across from Jamie Oliver and Hard Rock shop, Kuta square is about 200 meters down the road and there is a fixed price store there. Location wise it's good if you want to go to the beach but it is a long walk to everything else on unever ground. They have a dinner buffet for $15 and then have the same food the next morning at breakfast. Frankly it's not worth the amount per night there are nicer hotels.
