“服務人員十分友善，幫我們換成了雙人床的房間。飯店位置離烏布市場不遠，交通便利。房間整潔。缺點就是隔音效果不佳，隔壁房間使用馬克杯的碰撞聲都能聽見，隱私程度稍微差了點。”

“我們7/26-7/29入住，房型是111、三大房 剛進房覺得還好 結果看到廚房用具整個傻眼 廚具比我家裡要淘汰的廚具還要舊 房間的吹風機第一晚再幫孩子吹時就覺得好像要解體 不料同行友人再幫孩子吹頭髮時 竟解體爆裂 整個燒焦 還黏在手上 幸好孩子即時把媽媽手上的吹風機打落 但也因此被電到 220伏特的電導致大人的手整個麻掉還燒焦 當下我們去櫃檯詢問 櫃檯不但沒有關心情況 只一直問 是不是我們的手是濕的在吹頭髮 。吹頭髮 手上當然有濕氣 但不是很濕的情況 正常下不應該會這樣 而且處理事情的方法也令人失望 。我們住3晚3房5萬多的房型 。這次真的有嚇到 下次絕對不會再考慮他們旗下的任何一間飯店”

“Pro: The villa is very beautiful with large private pool. However the water is bit cold for swimming. Villa is large with big bathroom and a huge bath tube. Con: We left a message in the booking to arrange romantic decoration however nothing is done which is a bit disappointed. The floating breakfast charge 350K extra which is much higher than many other hotels in Bali. There is no free room service for breakfast which costs extra 50K where many bali hotel has free room service breakfast. We……

“A very high value hotel at very reasonable price. The villa with the pool is excellent. The spa massage is also very nice with very cheap price. The hotel location is ok given that we take Grab anyways.”

“The Avery Le Nixsun Villas has great potential to be a five star hotel, however there were some key details that were lacking. There was no minibar, replacement of water bottles, or options for in-room dining service/massages/etc. Our room was also not cleaned on the second day so we were left with plates from breakfast and no fresh towels. This may have been our fault as we decided to spend the morning in the pool and missed the opportunity for this. But there was no follow up when we walked……

“老舊失修，白天看真的很可怕，蟑螂、蜘蛛、螞蟻很多，神像在房間門口水流聲很吵，也異常不舒服，房間服務不好，床單破洞，煙燙到都還在用，感覺很可怕水槽水阻塞，浴缸水非常小，房間拍照好看，仔細看很可怕噁心”

“Highly recommended for couples to stay in berry amour hotel! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can all recognize the guests and remember our names~~ The room was very nice with our own pool and everything was very romantic and much better than what we expected!!! We had a great stay in berry and would definitely go back next time. Location was okay, walk few mins so you can catch some restaurants :)”

“Diese Anlage liegt total abgelegen und deshalb haben wir hauptsächlich gewechselt in eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Ubud. Diesen Sachenverhalt hätten wir natürlich selbst bedenken müssen. Das ändert aber nichts daran, dass die Bettwäsche nicht sauber und die Kissen Stockflecken hatten. Insgesamt machte die Villa einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck (Flecken auf den Sofas). Und auch der Pool war nicht wirklich einladend. Morgens das Frühstück direkt in der Villa zubereitet zu bekommen, finden……
