The room was a good size and perfectly ok. Details like lumpy pillows and barely enough shampoo for one shower cheapened the experience a bit. Breakfast needs improvement such as healthier options (plain yogurt, oatmeal, more fruit).

We requested room cleaning for our stay and never received it! If the hotel is not going to service the room, the rate for the second night should be reduced.

The property overall is excellent. However, our experience was marred by an unfortunate incident. After checking in early and returning late, we encountered a power outage caused by a hairdryer tripping the breaker. Despite contacting the front desk, the initial response was to search for a switch in the room, which proved fruitless. Even after escalation, the issue remained unresolved until just an hour before checkout. This inconvenience not only affected our ability to use appliances and lights but also resulted in spoiled food. While the staff attempted to assist, the lack of timely resolution left much to be desired.
