“We came to town for a wedding. Perfect location. Easy checkin & checkout. Host has thought of so many extra items for the guest. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Only suggestion would be to have some Solar pathway lights leading to the entry gate.”

We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! “We came down for a 50th birthday party for a friend, and saw this listing on VRBO. The photos made this place look like a magical home and we jumped on it. We were not disappointed. House is cozy and the backyard is amazing. Love the home decor and we totally saw some Morocco photos that we recognized from a trip we took there ourselves. Hated to leave, and will definitely look to utilize this home if we come back to the area. The owners were very good about communicating, and check in and check……

“The house is exactly as described and perfect living space for the six of us who stayed there. The host was incredibly communicative and answered all of my questions right away. We were able to go food shopping at Trader Joe’s to get snacks and drinks for the house and parking was never an issue. The only suggestion I would make is a few more drinking glasses In the kitchen. Other than that, it was wonderful!”

“I really wanted to like this property but have several reasons why I wasn't pleased with it overall. I don't believe I was given instructions on how to access the property until I reached out, which took several attempts. The property description does not say that the back of the property has permanent tenants. The description also notes the free parking as a perk in the area but the permanent tenants make that impossible as they park at the bottom of the driveway and make it impossible to park……

“The pictures look amazing- however when you get there the carpets and walls are dirty brown- the floors are gross. The pool was covered in thick dog hair- it looked like a layer of OJ pulp- and there were no cleaning supplies for the house or pool. The front door knob was wobbly and I was worried all night someone would break in and never received confirmation a handyman would come fix. Communication was horrible- I had to be diligent on getting a response. There was only 4 towels for 6 guest-……

“Lessor didn’t communicate very well and left us stranded with a canceled reservation after checking period. The lessor made up an excuse the the house was flooded from a second floor water leak.. surprise it’s a one story home??!?? Very unpleasant transaction both with lessor and VBRO. “This awesome gem of a property is hidden away up in Hollywood Hills, in fact it felt like being away in Italy rather than the US as we left all the hustle and bustle behind as we headed uphill, but is still a very short drive to West Hollywood, Hollywood, Beverly Hills etc. The property is very clean and very quiet. It has off street parking and a small private courtyard which is a great sun trap in the afternoons. It’s a perfect couple’s retreat but any additional people will make it a little……
