Bathroom was beyond worn down, not to mention frayed towels, cracked tile, dirty floor, and not even a half roll of toilet paper left for us.

Stayed Saturday night. Wouldn’t give us a deal on a Sunday night to stay there another night. Moved to Grandstay down the block for a cheaper rate.

No hot water in first room, switched to second room where the water would not turn on without excessive force. Management was less than helpful. Unacceptable for a high end hotel.
