This is a beautiful property. Everything is very clean and the gardens are pristine. There are several outdoor seating areas around the property to enjoy. Breakfast each morning was incredible and you won't find a staff more helpful and welcoming. We loved all of their dining suggestions. We hope to visit again soon.

Nice and clean hotel for the price. Our premium room was located on the third floor, providing a stunning view of the Arenal volcano.

It’s a basic hotel with the ability to walk around Fortuna. The room is okay. Bed is comfortable. Not much room to sit after you find a place for luggage. AC is strong but it was blowing at me the entire night. Bathroom is clean. Limited counter space. We don’t travel light so the staff helped us to bring luggage upstairs.

The property was very clean. It took two maids to unlock my door and I was there 4 nights and it was not fixed. The safe in the room was broken and no safe place for passport was provided. All of the places surrounding and including the hotel were gated. Manager has agreement with local transportation and it is expensive.

The hotel is right in towm with tons of restaurant/bars that are walkable. Our room was clean and the staff was super friendly. Karol was very nice and could answer all our questions. We felt very safe during our stay. Would definitely stay here again !

Perfect location on a quiet side street but close to everything! Breakfast was amazing and the view of the Volcano was special!!
