We had a wonderful time at Nayara Springs. From the minute we walked in to the moment we left, we were met with superb, outstanding customer service from every single staff member there from the front desk, to the golf cart drivers to the restaurant hostesses and waiters. This hotel definitely stands out from others because of the service. This isnt the place for parties or entertainment but it is top tier for relaxation and nature. The grounds are stunning. Highly recommend and cannot wait to stay again!

This was hands down the best place I have ever stayed both in its location and facilities and the staff. They were flawless and we felt like royalty. We would consider coming back to La Fortuna just to stay at this place.

Nayara Springs is amazing! We LOVED our room, we loved the food, we loved all of the staff, we loved how every time we left our room it was a new adventure. We saw sloths, an agouti, tons of birds and lizards, butterflies, and a raccoon all without leaving the resort. I cannot say enough nice things about how wonderful Nayara Springs is. It was our anniversary and the staff made it so special! We loved every minute of this trip!

Stunning resort with a fantastic range of dining options, pools and tranquil thermal springs. Possibly one of the best views of Arenal via one of the pools/bars too!
The staff were very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms (Kings Springs villa) was huge with a double indoor and outdoor shower. Comfortable beds, great breakfast options. I love that you can visit other areas within the resort (Springs, Gardens and tented camps).
I would love to visit again!
