“Kat was incredibly responsive. Place was super nice and as seen in the pictures. It was minutes away from all the universities and local sites! Must stay! Great hosts!!”

“Super stay at this special “micro mansion”, inspiring and creative. I enjoyed the streamlined functionality “Japanese” nuances throughout the space. Communication with the owner was on point- the gate to the tiny home had been broken prior to my arrival, a repairman was sent immediately to fix the situation. If you prefer spartan, clean and quiet experience, this property is perfect!”

“Nice location. Excellent parking arrangements. Entertainment was wonderful. The owner was easily accessible to assist with complicated checkin procedures. Light switches, fan and top of refrigerator need to be cleaned.”

“This place turned out to be one of our best experiences renting through a service like VRBO. Primarily, the host made the difference--so accommodating and respectful. And the place was perfect for us, full kitchen, comfortable seating and access to an outdoor patio which lent a sense of home to the whole experience. Highly recommend it for a getaway for two.”

“The place is very nice. The complex is super quiet. The unit is very comfortable. The bedding and towels are excellent as well. The kitchen was excellent and allowed us to cook some meals there rather than going out all the time, which was nice. As stayed the parking access is narrow, our car was fine, but SUV or large pick ups would likely not fit. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting So Cal, especially Pasadena like us!”

“The was a very enjoyable stay because the property was so nicely furnished and incredibly clean. I’ve noticed the host offered ground coffee, candles, and slippers - such a great touch! The unit also has its own private washer and dryer, which was super convenient because I had some laundry I had to do after my work trip in Vegas. The unit also has a sun roof which makes it very bright in the morning. One thing to note is that overnight street parking is not available, but the host offers up……

“Nice neighborhood comfy little room”

“We enjoyed our stay. Our pets loved it, it was private, cozy, and was true to the advertisement. The only thing was the heater was too hot and would continue to heat past the setting. We had to turn it off and use the AC to cool the room down. The onsite manager was readily available and we met the owner, Ronald who was extremely kind and so nice to talk to. We would stay again! Thank you!”

“Direction into the property is a bit fuzzy since it's a gated community. But there was enough traffic that the gate can be opened by other cars going in or out. The host is always very responsive, though.”

“Great space and location for our Disney trip but super bummed about the overall cleanliness. As soon as we walked in we were faced with a strong animal urine smell, sticky floors, and hair in the bathroom. Within minutes of letting our ten month old crawling/walking on the floor, his feet turned black. We didn’t feel comfortable letting him on the floor after that which was a major inconvenience. The space had everything we needed, building amenities were nice, and check in instructions were……

“The house was simply fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12 with no issues. The kitchen was generously stocked, and the cleanliness of the place was commendable. Its central location allowed for easy access to everything. The house rules were a bit extensive but understandable given the standard of the property. Overall, we loved staying here and would surely return.”

“Property met our overall accomodation Internal painting needed, kitchen sink in bad repair, cupboard above washing machine very dirty, floors needed washing. Beautiful house in good area but just needs a refresh and thorough cleaning!”
