“Our family of 6 were in town for a kids sporting event and this space was perfect. The rooms are spacious with tons of storage. The vintage feel isn’t normally our style but we loved it and it was in great shape and so so clean. We got to see deer in the back yard and the neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you would need as far as shops food and grocery. Hosts made communication easy and I knew I could get ahold of them with a simple text message.”

The game we were traveling up to see got delayed, and Travis was very accommodating with allowing us to slightly modify our reservation so we could still make everything work. The place was perfect and everything was very clean and accommodating for all of our stay.”

“We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.”

“This house was an AWESOME HOUSE!! After reading the reviews they all were on point! The house is well kept, very nice and clean. I loved the location it was closed to EVERYTHING!! The neighbor was beyond quiet I almost thought does anyone else live in the neighborhood, lol, but the peace it gave was OUTSTANDING!! I'm an OLDer lady I don't like to much noise, lol. We were a small group three adults and one teenager, so when I say we had room LOTS and it was EXCELLENT!! Although it says not baby……

“The carriage house was a great place for my family and I to spend our trip to Buffalo. The property is located close to the heart of the city and it was really easy to get to the attractions we wanted to visit. The house itself was neat and clean and fit our needs well. Claudia was welcoming and very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay very much!”

“Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but……

“Had a nice time. Very quiet. The arrangement of the bathroom and bedrooms is very bizarre. I do not recommend bringing kids if you want privacy with your partner. No door on main bedroom and bathroom is inside the main bedroom. Accordion door for secondary bedroom.”

“Shannon’s neighborhood house is well-suited for a couple, or a family of four, as a great alternative to another hotel/motel stay. Pros: comfortable beds, nice living room with seating for 4+, cozy little kitchen with glass table for two, W & D to take care of a week’s laundry, entry code and great communications with specific directions & instructions. Cons: small kitchen if more than one is preparing a meal. Overall: loved the convenient location for trips anywhere in the greater Buffalo area……

“I chose this property for a basketball tournament for my son because it listed laundry, but the washer looked horrible and the dryer was broken. Sadly I had to use the sink and dry on the heater. Also we only had 1 facetowel, front desk was out as well. Was offered another dry towel nut declined. I would stay agaon.”
