“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this beautiful location. Communication with the owner and property manager was so easy. We loved the location and precious animals around the property. The three barn cats were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. While hiking one of the trails on the property we were able to feed the horse and donkeys some apples. Our wintry hike also brought us to an adorable pond-side cabin complete with a woodstove to help us warm up. The owner……

“Priced reasonably, and was a nice place for 2, but for 4 the pull out is not comfortable. The issue we had was not the staircase, but I don't remember any mention that there is only a claw foot tub with shower in it. Very hard to get in and out of making it hazardous for elderly. Also, rentals can be hard to maintain, I understand that but, need screens in the living room windows and there were ants on the window sills in the bedroom.”

“Location was perfect for a concert at Bethel Woods. Apartment was clean and host was super accommodating and responsive. Thank you so much!”

“The stay was enjoyable! We loved the scenic view of the rooms and the closeness to town. Our dog enjoyed the open space and for November we were warm and cozy inside. There was everything we could need there! We hope to visit again.”

“Need a place to stay while my daughter and I attended a camp nearby. the location was convenient to town and there were perks to the apartment including a pool, it was rather dirty. Lots of insects (not because it was in the mountains but because of caretaking). It was rather dirty, enough that my kids commented on that. It also had some rather easy repairs that were needed yet left undone. The apartment smelled of weed in certain areas which was a turnoff.”

“This motel is perfectly situated in Promised Land State Park. The owner is lovely. Everything is clean. The only downside is that the beds are a little hard, but it as charming, convenient and really lovely.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. The place is very clean & they’re nice hosts. Lots of hiking, kayaking, & lakes around. The building layout is a motel which we didn’t realize ahead of time but that wasn’t a problem.”

“We loved that we could be basically alone in the woods as well as 5 mins away from the pool and 10 from the beach. The boardgames were a hit as was the fire pit. Definitely would recommend!”
