不满意:清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
The staff was a major concern. We seemed to be an inconvenience when we accidentally forgot a device after checking out and had to go back and ask someone to open the room for a second.
Then, due to their poor communication, the manager calls me accusing me of staying longer after I had extended one more night/day. It was their absolute lack of communication.
But, also, poor communication when relating this back to me, even though I did everything right when I added an additional night.
