“This property is absolutely gorgeous, and the host went above and beyond for us! Melissa left special surprises for the grandbabies, and a bottle of wine and mothers Day card for me! There had been a terrible storm the day we arrived, and the entire area was without power. We"glamped" the first night, which was actually kind of fun! “Tim and Maria were great hosts and were very welcoming. The cabin was perfect for our last minute trip. We loved that we could bring our side by side and use it to travel to both the Sante Fe River and Ichetucknee River. We enjoyed using the kayaks on the Ichetucknee. The location of the cabin is secluded and the outdoor space was amazing. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the bunnies and deer in the yard.”

I didnt realize the other cabin was so close next door but it was still very nice quality time in a country setting within the small town limits. “Very lovely Tinyhouse on a beautiful farm. We had a minor issue when checking in but the host, Chelsea, was very quick to correct the problem. We traveled with our 2 dogs and loved the house. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Location was the primary attraction. We were in town for a family holiday within close proximity to the rental. The tiny house has everything you need to feel at home. We slept well. Enjoyed coffee on the deck. Watched the river slip by.”

“This location is a great get away into the country side of Florida, away from all the tourist traps. The house was clean and modern. The house is well suited for couples and small familes. This location gave us the ability to paddle or boat to Ginny springs, although you do need to paddle up river to access the springs. The property manager was great to work with. The only reason we have 4 stars for the location was other neighbors having their dogs bark throuhout the night. Overall we had a……

“We just loved it here. The cute little cabin Sheds were perfect size . Didn’t realize the bathroom was in another cabin shed but after the whoops of shock we loved it. The outdoor bathtub and shower is a a fantasy come to life. We enjoyed the spring down the road. Rum 183 although if you are chatty sit away from others , they take the entertainment serious. But overall exactly what we want a quiet piece of heaven for a quick weekend trip.”

“The property is amazing! Very well maintained, quiet, and peaceful. Loved the cabin and it’s decor. Very cozy and had the comforts of home. Our family that lives in Mayo, FL (near the cabin) has atvs so we were able to take advantage of the trails across the street from the cabin. The river was flowing super fast due to the weather so we weren’t able to fish or kayak but we still had a blast! We would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back!!”
