“Even though the property is located on the hills above Varenna, it was was worth staying at this Hotel and we never felt far away from the action. Kristy and Rita took good care of us helping us order taxis and get to and from the hotel whenever we needed. The staff are amazing and make this place worth the stay. Hotel has a good breakfast and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. ”

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“大手火車站走下來就很快到飯店，每天都有免費早餐與香濃的義大利咖啡。浴室乾濕分離。服務態度我很滿意， 泡麵要熱水很乾脆，還會問需要餐具嗎，開啤酒也問要不要啤酒杯，還給兩種size的杯子給我選，比在家還舒適。飯店附近有家樂福超市每晚九點有熟食特價，超划算，小資窮游的人記得準時去撈好貨！走路到科莫湖邊約十分鐘左右，小資悠活旅行很推薦這間飯店！”

“距離火車站實在太遠啦～我地拖住個行李箱,仲要行埋好多難地,差D驚個行李箱爛呀…起碼行咗差唔多大半個鐘先到,(已經無行錯路)去到準時無一點都無人係到幫您Check in, 但旅館小姐都好親切,仲會介紹附近食市和折扣,間房雖然都唔算大(包埋廚房)不過都算整齊!”
