“The staff was awesome but the room needs some maintenance , for example the carpet is pretty gross and the sink drained VERY slowly, even when we removed the stopper”

The front desk staff were super friendly and made the check in process a breeze. The rooms were clean as well as all bed linen. Raj at the front desk had great customer service. ”

“Two things I felt were needed: 1) better lighting outside along the road up to the Atlas. At night time, it is quite dark and the house on the right where we turn was lit up but not the hotel office. It was confusing. 2) A much bigger sign is needed for the hotel office. Again at night is when many guests arrive and once you are inside I had to figure out their old system of picking up the phone and wait for someone to come check me in. ”
