“It is a transquil accommodation. The place is not far away from the downtown, thus convenient. The staff is helpful and polite. I particularly like the kitchen facility. ”
“The Rundlestone was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only problem that we had was with the HVAC. If the room got too hot, it sounded like the AC came on. Using the AC in the winter doesn't seem consistent with the conservation vibe I felt in Banff”
“Close to everything. Room was clean every day. People were friendly. Lady at the desk helped us with one of our tours. Informed us where to go to get help. Felt bad she couldn't help us. We said you helped us very much. We walked to the place she told us and it was fixed. Rylee was outstanding at Brazen. A great asset to any company. “Within Banff proper city, but a bit of a walk into downtown - less traffic, but not near any shopping. Boutique hotel, very charming, catering to couples, with a woody's motif. The complimentary smores are a nice touch and decent breakfast offering.”
“This hotel was comfortable and was close to lots of dining and shopping. Our room was spacious. The temp in our room was a bit too warm even after turning on the A/C, so was hard to truly get comfortable. ”
“The accommodation was comfortable and within walking distance of the downtown area.
It also had a convenient parking lot.
We really liked the accommodation overall, but the only drawback we encountered was that the drainage in the bathroom shower was not very smooth and water would often pool.”
