A quaint hotel with a lobby that had a beautiful view of Mirror Lake with large floor to ceiling windows. It was within walking distance to Lake Placid. The staff was friendly and helpful when we presented a small issue with our shower, they sent some one to repair it right away. Breakfast was a plus with various hot and cold options. There were snacks available during the day in the lobby, with coffee and fresh cold drinks all day. There were board games, cards, etc… for couples or families to enjoy in the lobby as well as plenty of outdoor seating to see the lake up close. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping took care of our linens daily. We will definitely visit again.

Everything was wonderful, very nice staff so convenient, I have an upgrade room , with out charge, that my family and I, love it, keep up the great job.

We stayed overnight for two nights. The hotel was nice, the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Pink mold around a bit and one of the shampoos on the wall fell down. The beds were super uncomfortable. I am so sore today. They are also super high. I loved how you could use your Netflix on the TV. The breakfast was not my favorite. It was super plain, busy, things ran out quickly. The balcony was so pretty, the trees were a bit in the way sadly. Toilet was also super low, and the floor was so slippery!
