“The room was adorable and so cozy. Check in was easy, it’s on a separate property but it’s walking distance. 2 doors down maybe. We stayed on a Friday night and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. It is a 1 minute or less walk/bike ride to the river so on top of being in a cute little nook, there was plenty of bike riding, walking, hiking for us to do. I normally stay at chain hotels, and I am miserable EVERY time. However, the only complaint I have here is the batteries in the remote……

We stayed in a very nice 1 bedroom apartment and enjoyed our stay. The Vistalmar team was so kind and helpful giving us a quick tour up arrival and showing us how to use the security code to navigate the entry to elevator, room and pool area. They were also very quick to respond anytime I sent a text with a question or need for some……

“We didn't know it was a timeshare property when we booked. It seemed that owners knew more about what was going on at the property or where to find put about activities. After 2 days we figured things out, but we missed some fun things the first 2 days.”

“The apartment was perfect for us. Enough space for three people and equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty, we and other guests had to clean it ourselves every morning. The fitness room was also cleaned irregularly. There were no disinfectant wipes, we pointed this out and there were none the next day either.”

“We very much enjoyed Dover House! Location couldn't be better - across from the beach, walkable to numerous shops and restaurants, and we always felt safe. The ocean was not swimable during our stay (end of March 2024), but the pool was perfect! Well maintained, plenty of space and never too crowded. Appreciated the beautiful landscaping around it too! Our unit was very nice and mostly updated. But extremely fancy by any means, but very nice. Bathroom could use more hooks to hang……

“Very cozy and in a great location for what we needed. The clubhouse pool was perfect for us and not busy, but we met some sweet people there. The first pic does make it look like that is the pool in the listing but it’s not-however, you can still go to the PGA restaurant and use it. It does catch your attention but not exactly what you will have full access to. The beach passes were excellent and amazing and just 20 mins away!!! The negatives-cleaning certainly was lacking in corners and……

“The condos are spacious and adequately equipped. Valets were great. The view of the water was gorgeous. The downside was the temperature was quite warm in the unit despite turning the thermostat down. This made it very difficult to sleep.”
