Gorgeous house on three floors, bedrooms and bathrooms located on top and bottom floors. Full, modern kitchen, large fireplace in great room, massive dining room table, huge porch, all on main floor. Two decks, main and lower floors. Washer/dryer. Stone's throw from recreation area with tennis and basketball. Swimming off of dock. Boats available to explore of Joe's Pond. Internet access and long distance included.

Beautiful Spot

Kayaking at sunset with the loons
We had a wonderful stay at Joe’s Pond, aka hidden gem! Home was comfortable and every amenity we could want. Host was extremely attentive in providing clear, helpful instructions to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival. Host was also very responsive to any/all questions we had. Highly recommend this vacation spot to families who love a peaceful environment and hearing the call of the loons in the morning and dusk. I even kayaked at sunset with two loons!

Joe's Pond
We had a change of plans and had to find a place with less than 48 hours notice. This property had the exact dates open and we jumped on it. We love Joe's Pond and have been visiting family here for the last few years. Great house! Lots and lots of room for a large gathering. The owners are easy to get in touch with and respond quickly. So kind and accommodating.
