“Loved our stay at The Palm Mountain Resort. Beautiful quiet pool area with stunning scenery. So close to the shopping & restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Nice room with a patio & view. Palm Springs is so beautiful. We will be back!”

“I’ve been going to the V when they were owned by Sonder. Now that they are not, there are some changes. Although Everything is still the same. The quality of the service room and cleanliness was great. The only thing I was surprised by was the deposit fee of $100 per night from what they told me. I understand that it’ll be refundable after but I wasn’t informed about that when I booked a room on this app. Just wish it was disclosed. Other than that, this hotel is great. Had a good stay.”

“This is such a nice hotel will definitely stay again ,only negative thing about it is the jacuzzi water it’s has way too much Clorox/bleach , I got a horrible rash from it other than that no complaints.”

“Dane was SUPER helpful when we checked in & was able to accommodate an early check-in. Additionally, he was able to find a room with a refrigerator that was close to the pool (#142). The pool was very refreshing in the afternoon when it was close to 100°. The water was clean, as was the pool furniture. The room itself was to be expected and was just a place to sleep in overnight. It did have the smell of cigarette smoke covered up with disinfectant. The shower only had 2 temps: hot & scorching……

“The help were always very helpful and informative...and polite! The property was very well maintained. I really liked that it was on the 'edge" of town...but very easy to 🚶 into the shops and restaurants etc.”

“Rooms were clean. No pool towels at the pool. Usually they’re is a bin of towels for guests but i had to go to the front desk. There were none in our room. The gentleman had someone bring us them quickly which was appreciated. I’d stay again. ”
