房間整潔，舒適度佳，但部分服務人員態度須該善，基礎連網設施也亟需改善。
发布日期：2023年3月9日 发布在：Hotels1. LINQ hotel 並未將Hotels.com 訂房系統資料與該旅館之自助Check-in/Check-out 系統連結，因此入住與退房都需專人協助，才能完成。
2. LINQ hotel 大量採用自助Check-in/Check-out系統，只有極少數現場服務人員，在入住或退房尖峰期間將要等很久。趕時間的旅客要自行斟酌。
3. 現場服務人員稀少，也沒有諮詢櫃台，有問題多只能透過，電話系統遠端協助。
4. 部分現場服務人員，態度亟需改進。例如我當場詢問時正值該人員交班時間，只說"請等一下"然後就看到他隔一下子就下班走人。我就被晾在哪裡。平均每次需專人協助都要等十分鐘以上。
5. 旅館WIFI為開放式，安全性低，我的手機可以在房間連線，比電視完全不行。透過電話尋求協助兩次，每次均耗時一個小時以上，還是不行。在這四天內完全無法使用。請使用安全性要求高的筆電的客戶自行參酌。
6. 房間被子很薄，只能靠空調。
7. 房間內並不提供瓶裝水。
8. 所謂遊樂設施，wifi外，其他都沒到，但是還是要收費。請商務客自行參酌。

The pool was not Friendly, not much places to hang out unless you want to pay for it, which I thought the price of the hotel you should have more area for the guest
