The home is stunning and not one amenity was missed. Every single detail was thought of in a meaningful way. It’s is close to Kingston and Gananoque but just far enough to feel the unwind. “Every year my brother and my two sons go on a fishing trip. We were looking for a cabin that would accommodate 4 adults and two bass boats for a week of fishing the St Lawrence River. The cottage fit the bill for what we were looking for. Anne our host was fantastic and attentive to our needs. Being located on an island, she made sure we had all of the basic items (bottled water, paper products, bedding and towels, etc. The only negative and it is not enough to remove a star is it would have……

“Beautiful views and lots of space for 5 friends to hang out for a weekend and enjoy a little nature. We made use of the canoe and kayaks to explore shorelines and nearby island. Shopping fairly close in Gananoque but your GPS may take you to visit neighbouring cottages before getting back on track to the local highways. That was part of the adventure.”

“Unfortunately, the house is in complete disrepair, not maintained and dirty. The mattresses are like sleeping on wood. The lawn and patio had not been mowed or weeded for at least a month. The owner did respond immediately to questions or issues that arose. The view is amazing.”

“As advertised, the homw has a lovely fenced yard with lots of activities available. It is an older home that is freshly remodelled. Our biggest problem was the entrance doors. Front has no door knob and electronic key was off and on and hard to work and back entrance the knob is too close to the frame and door is sticky so scraped knuckles was a danger.”

“Courtney was spot-on when she described the property in her listing. This place was PERFECT for the weekend my friends and I had planned. Unbelievable sunsets over the St. Lawrence from their HUGE entertainment deck. We were able to enjoy a campfire each night that was tended to by the property managers. The full-size sand volleyball court provided entertainment for hours. 2 full kitchens and BBQs allowed our group to cook for 12 people with no delays. I could go on and on. If you are looking……

“We had a wonderful time! Courtney & Chris were great to deal with! I texted her when we were on the ferry & she was waiting to meet us at our cottage. They were very welcoming & even invited us to join them for wood fired pizza which was absolutely delicious!! The place was very clean and cozy. It had the perfect amount of everything we might possibly have needed. It was central to the the excursions we wanted to experience - the 5 hour cruise & Boldt castle tour and Kingston Penitentiary tour -……

“Great cottage to relax with friends. The Cottage was in great shape and clean, but could use a good deep cleaning in certain areas. The dock and waterfront areas are amazing. The Sauna heats up quickly, but only fits 2-3 adults comfortably. Overall a great cottage and will definitely be looking to book again in the future!”
