“My first stay at this property was an unexpected delight. Recently renovated, the lounge and grounds were pleasantly decorated and breakfast service was a bonus. My room was clean and comfortable. Outstanding value for the price. Location is excellent, close to popular Red Mesa and other restaurants. Highly recommended.”

“I am a VERY picky person on cleanliness and this place was spotless! It felt brand new! Love the high end finishes and all the little details! Very nice view on the back deck. Also such a convenient location. While we stayed here we visited Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Northport and Suttons Bay! All in a short drive away! Highly recommend staying here. Great communication with the host as well.”

“Great location, right downtown - we walked everywhere. Parking was nice, the whole apartment was really great. Enough room for a family of four or two couples, this one is more about the location/proximity to SB amenities though! Very clean, we’ll be back for sure.”

“We stayed here for the 2024 Bayshore Marathon -- it was perfect for me to walk to and from the start / finish line. Clean and quiet, easy walk to downtown. Of note: we were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator (this was not a problem for us, but worth flagging for others -- I probably just missed it on the listing). Two comments: 1) the wifi signal was weak and a bit glitchy; and 2) the parking spaces are EXTREMELY narrow -- made for some interesting Tetris among the guests with a full……

“We had a great stay! The property manager was very communicative and prompt. You can't beat the location...right on Front St. and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Our unit was clean and had all the necessary features for a weekend getaway. The only less than stellar part of our stay was the cleanliness of the building that the unit is located in. It was also a bit noisy, but that's to be expected with an apartment on the main street. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves!”
