“When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great. When you make the booking, please take care for this since I think this cannot be upgrade in the peak season. Please note that the hotel just has 30 mins free wifi that is very……

“It was our first visit to Nelson Bay, nature is fascinating, lots of activities around to get engaged in, shopping is near by which was great. The only constructive feedback that I would like to share is that property needs renovations, not decently cleaned when we received the key. ”

“The property itself is great, clean, modern and basically equipped. Getting in and out of the pool from the apartment required a bit of effort as there is no ladder. Not easy for young kids or older people. We did find an area just down from the apartment where you could use steps. The 40 degree weather didn’t help as the electricity went off several times for long periods. Only one control for both AC. Having to make your own bed at that price point is having a lend. ”
